I would have rated it 5 stars except it is located inside Walmart and I avoid going to Walmart as much as I can.
Customer service is lacking. They can't help you with anything if you can't get off work to walk into their branch. I called a branch in Texas and was taken care of immediately, very convenient.
Bank has excellent hours and a friendly staff. Great place to go if you have had banking "difficulties" in the past.
My old lady uses this bank and has never had any problems
