Don't try to get a sticker here! They will keep your car for 30 minutes trying to find something wrong with it. Stay away from them unless you have plenty of money to waste!
Please go somewhere else for service. There is no quality at this place.
Went to get a sticker on my daughters car and the lady returns and says you need a tie rod end before we can put a sticker on it. They weren’t able to do the work until the next week so they said I could get a rejection sticker or just be on my way.
So what should have been a $16 sticker is turning into a $500 nightmare.
I wish I could leave these people no stars. I took my car to this shop because it needed a sticker. Upon my visit I was told I need a tie rod end to get the sticker and was quoted 30 dollars. A couple hours passed and I get a call from them telling me I need a bushing for the car or they can't put the sticker on it I was already frustrated but fine they quoted me 150 dollars and when I went to pick my car up charged me 258 dollars!?!?!? When confronted about it they just rambled off a bunch of bull and wouldn't budge so I paid it anyway because I was through with these idiots plus an additional 16 for the sticker. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER!!!!!!!!!! My tires were smooth because they adjusted the tie rod end incorrectly I went down there politely today asking them to fix it because they screwed up my car so bad that I can't even ride it because it's too dangerous to move and then proceeded to lie to my face and tell me that they told me I needed an alignment which they most certainly did not say anything about and did not fix the problem they created. So, what should have been a 16 dollars sticker they created a 500 dollar problem.

I took the rejection sticker and scheduled the the work. The original quote was $152 for the work. Then I get a call from the mechanic saying that I also need a bushin.....the price goes up to $258. My wife picks up the car and my daughter drives it to Knoxville. When we return the two new tires on the front are worn smooth. We take it back and they say you should of got a front end alignment. They never told us this.
They didn't fix my problem watch out they will rip you off! Take it somewhere else! They are crooked like hillary clinton haha
