This place is a joke. Service used to be at least decent, but the past 3 times I've gone it's been unbelievable. Tonight was the last time. We, a group of 9 people, were one of two or three tables in the restaurant. Our food was brought out at uneven times, and some not at all. The gentleman treating us all to dinner had specifically requested he NOT be served an item, asking for a substitution, only for a plate full of the item he didn't want plopped down in front of him. One fella had the entirely wrong order made and was forced to wait another 20 minutes, heaven knows why, for them to throw some chicken tenders into the fryer. Cold boneless wings to boot.
Very good food. Service was initially a little slow but improved quickly. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.
If I could give a Zero star rating... I would. We were almost the only table in the whole restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food. 1/2 of the food was wrong and some of the apps came with our meal instead of before. Do not take a medium to large group!!! Even small parties will have to wait forever to get the microwaved, burnt, bland food.
I find the service has gotten worse and worse the last few time we have been especially the most recent where we were the only table and it took us an hour to get food. On one occasion my friends food arrived cold. I really recommend taking your money somewhere else.
They really need to learn how to do French onion soup otherwise the food was okay definitely not my best visit to Applebee's they need to bring back the all you can eat soup and salad lunch they barely made it to three stars they almost got two for this last visit
